Enrollment Process

eDCSD is no longer accepting out-of-district students.

Parents wishing to enroll their Elementary students, please visit our K-6 program page by clicking HERE.  Elementary parents do not need to attend Yeti Camp.


All in-district students wishing to enroll at eDCSD:


Step 1:  Attend a Yeti Camp Info Session: Student must attend with their parent
     
Yeti Camp is held at 312 Cantril Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Please enter through Door K

Yeti Camp Schedule

Step 2: Visit current DCSD school and request Administrative Transfer to eDCSD.

Form must be signed by current school administration and sent to cocyberadmissions@dcsdk12.org

Step 3: Ensure that your current school counselor completes the counselor recommendation form.

After the administrative transfer is received, your current school counselor will receive the link to the counselor recommendation form by email from eDCSD.

Step 4: Complete online Own It Course (6-8 hours)


After both the administrative transfer form and counselor recommendation form are received, you will receive a link to this course by email.

Step 5: Attend your scheduled in-person interview with the administration.

You will be contacted to set up an in-person interview after the Own It Course is complete. The final decision regarding admission will be determined at or shortly after your interview.

Enrollment Paperwork Deadlines

Quarter 1: August 15, 2018- Closed
Quarter 2: October 16, 2018-Closed
Quarter 3: January 8, 2019
Quarter 4: March 26, 2019
